Explain the carton problem in one practical example
Start with a case that represents the issue you want to solve. Give its length, width, height and approximate packed weight, then describe what happens: slow hand taping, lifted tape, changing sizes, uneven tracking or a stopped machine. Include how often the issue occurs and whether other cartons run successfully.
For a new machine, say which operations will remain with the operator. For a service enquiry, provide the existing machine and tape-head references. This keeps the first conversation focused without requiring a completed engineering specification before you make contact.

- Show the packed box, top and bottom seal, tape roll label and surrounding workstation. Keep people and confidential shipping labels out of images where possible.

- State the busy-period volume and the improvement being sought, such as more consistent seals or less repetitive handling. Identify figures that are estimates.
